Shipping 

GREECE

Orders are prepared and dispatched from us within 4 working days, and delivery is carried out via ELTA Courier within 3 working days. Once your order has been handed over to ELTA Courier for delivery, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.
To track your order, simply enter the tracking number in the “Track & Trace” section on the ELTA Courier website.

No order dispatches, processing, or deliveries are carried out on weekends or public holidays.
If you are located in Attica or any other mainland city in Greece (excluding islands and remote areas), you will receive your order within 1 to 3 working days from the time it leaves our premises.
If you are located on an island or in a remote area, your order will arrive within 2 to 3 working days.

Shipping is free for all deliveries within Greece.
For Cash on Delivery payments (available only within Greece), there is an additional charge of €3.

CYPRUS

Orders are prepared and dispatched from us within 4 working days, and delivery is carried out via ELTA Courier within 7 working days. Once your order has been handed over to ELTA Courier for delivery, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.

For deliveries to Cyprus, payment can only be made by credit or debit card via the secure environment of Eurobank’s PayCenter.
Cash on Delivery is not available.

Shipping cost is €7 for orders up to €100.
For orders over €100, shipping is free.

EUROPE

Orders are prepared and dispatched from us within 4 working days, and delivery is carried out via DHL Express within 4 working days. Once your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment at any time.

For deliveries to European countries, payment can only be made by credit or debit card via the secure environment of Eurobank’s PayCenter.
Cash on Delivery is not available.

Shipping cost is €15 for orders up to €150.
For orders over €150, shipping is free.
