Returns
You have the right to return products if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
For products purchased with a 40% discount or more, only exchanges are allowed — no refunds.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. Items that are not in their original condition cannot be returned.
Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and to ensure your satisfaction with our store. For any issue related to exchanges or refunds, you can contact us by phone ( 2106858151, 6984528257) or via Instagram direct message, and our team will assist you promptly.
There are two ways to make an exchange:
1. Door-to-Door Exchange via ELTA Courier
Contact us via phone, Instagram, or email to inform us about the product you wish to exchange (of equal or greater value).
We will then send the new product(s) to your door via courier.
You simply hand over the original package to the courier and receive the new one.
The first exchange (both return & delivery) is completely free of charge via ELTA Courier.
For any second exchange, there is a €5 shipping fee, which will be added to the value of the new order (if you are exchanging for a product of greater value), and you can pay this amount by Cash on Delivery to the courier.
2. In-Store Exchange
If you are able to visit us, you can complete your exchange quickly and free of charge at our main store located at:

There is no need to notify us in advance. Simply visit our store during opening hours, and we will be happy to assist you in person.
Refunds
To request a refund, please fill out the return form included in your package along with the receipt, and follow the return instructions provided.
Place the product in its original condition along with the return form inside the original package.
You may optionally include a note with the reason for your return, which helps us improve our products and service.
Return the product via ELTA Courier by dropping it off at your local branch and specifying that the recipient will be charged.
You won’t need to pay anything at the time of drop-off, but €5 will be deducted from your refund amount.
We work with Alpha Bank and Eurobank. If your IBAN is from another bank, wire transfer fees may apply. Our company will cover any outgoing fee from our bank, but not the fee from your bank.
Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the account you provided in the return form.
Important Notes:
The acceptance of a return is subject to a quality check of the returned item by our team.
You may use any other courier service to return the product at your own cost and responsibility.
The return form must be included in the package. If it is missing, please contact us so we are aware and can proceed with the refund.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or underwear.
Swimsuits can be returned or exchanged under normal conditions.
